Where is your store/ shop/ office?
We are located at: Block B2, Binukonu Ultra Modern Market, Ojota Lagos.
Can delivery be made to a certain location?
Absolutely, we deliver Nationwide, all that is required of you is to input a direct address to you and you will get your package in a few days.
How long does it take for you to deliver?
Deliveries depend on your locations – about two working days for Lagos deliveries and 5 – 7 working days for outside Lagos deliveries.
How do you charge for shipping?
The shipping charge is a charge imposed by our courier service. A charge is applied based on your order weight and your shipping address.
Can I pick up my item instead of having it delivered?
seagirtltd.com offers delivery services because of the goal of convenience. However, you can always come to our office if you please.
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Our dispatch personnel would call you before making the delivery. If you are unavailable to receive your item, a re-delivery will be scheduled within 3 days. Please note that your order will be cancelled after 2 re-delivery attempts.
Can my package be delivered to an office address?
Yes. Your parcel can be delivered to any address convenient for you. To make this possible, you should enter your preferred address as your ‘shipping address’ before you checkout.
My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
If you haven’t received your items after the 6th day, kindly contact us on 08023010298 or send an email to orders@seagirtltd.com (quoting your order number).
Which locations do you accept Cash on Delivery?
We accept cash on delivery only within Lagos as long as you selected “cash on delivery” from our website. Cash payments cannot exceed ₦100,000. You may pay with your card on our POS machine carried by our delivery men in NATION WIDE. However, if you prefer to pay in cash, please make sure you have the exact amount as our delivery men do not carry petty cash.
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email when your order is shipped. You can also send an email to orders@seagirtltd.com to enable us provide you with adequate updates on the status of your order, or kindly contact us on 08023010298 (quoting your order number).
Will I receive all my orders in a single package?
We endeavor to send out products readily available as most of our customers appreciate prompt deliveries. If your orders do not come in a single package, be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will also be delivered to you within the delivery timeline.
How do I make payment?
seagirtltd.com has two payment options to choose from: Pay on Delivery or online payment, debit card or Mastercard. When you place your order on our website, these options are displayed and you can choose an option that is suitable for you.
Will my card details be safe?
Yes, we use ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment card to ensure your details are safe.
What is your returns policy?
We currently have a returns policy of 3 days from the date of delivery to return the product(s) and this applies to all fashion products. If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive, you can request for a replacement or refund as long as it meets our conditions.
What is required of me to make a return?
When did you receive this item? Hope this item is in good condition and has not been altered in anyway? If yes For Lagos Deliveries; kindly, return the Product to our Abuja office within 3days. For Outside Abuja Deliveries, you may be required to send back to us paying the Courier service a ‘token’ to ship the order back to us or you could use a bus transport or if you have someone coming down to Lagos please send it back through them, within 3days.
I have not received my refund yet. What do I do?
A refund takes about 3-5 Days. we will gladly assist in getting you a replacement or a suggested product that can suit the purpose of the other. In other cases, kindly send your Request complaints@seagirtltd.com
